Special words

Add names and terms that AudioScribe spells incorrectly. AudioScribe then uses your spelling in the transcript and in the note.

Add special words

1. Select the gear icon to open Settings.
2. Find Special Words.
3. Type the words. Put a comma between the words.
4. Close Settings. AudioScribe saves the words automatically.

Example for a medical clinic:

Ozempic, Mounjaro, Wegovy, Lisinopril, Glipizide, urine microalbumin

Which words to add

• Names of persons, for example your colleagues and clients.
• Names of companies, products and brands.
• Technical, medical and legal terms.
• Abbreviations with special letter case, for example iOS or SaaS.

Do not add usual words. AudioScribe already spells them correctly. A long list of usual words can decrease the accuracy.

Limits

The list can have a maximum of 2,000 characters.
