Cancellation/Refund Policy

Dictanote values you as a customer. If you upgraded to Dictanote Pro or Voice In Plus and are unhappy with the product, you can contact us at [email protected] and request a refund. You will receive a pro-rated refund based on the last day of usage. If the number of days of usage is less than seven days, you will receive a full refund. For subscription renewals, if you haven't used the product - you will request a full refund.

For Dictanote Transcribe, you are eligible for a refund on your transcription request if the transcription quality is inaccurate. If the audio runtime is over 60 minutes, we will deduct a $2 handling fee. We advise users to try the service with smaller audio files to avoid the penalty.
