Install Voice In
Add the free Voice In extension to Chrome or Edge.

Open Outreach
Navigate to the page or conversation where you want to type in Outreach.

Click a text field
Click where you would normally type so the text cursor is active.

Start dictating
Click the Voice In icon or press the keyboard shortcut, then speak. Say “period” or “new line” for punctuation.

Review and send
Check names and specialized terms, make any edits, and submit the finished text.

Does Voice In update CRM fields automatically?
No. It types what you say into the field you have selected. You choose the record and field, dictate, review and save as normal.
Is dictated CRM data sent to Voice In servers?
No. Speech is transcribed by the browser and inserted into the page. Voice In does not store your audio or the transcribed text.
