How does Voice In keep my data safe?
By design, all of your audio is transcribed right in your browser. No audio dictated or audio transcript is ever sent to the Voice In servers. Here’s all the data we need in order to make Voice In work:
- Your email address to identify your account (optional)
- If you are a paying customer, your name to identify payment and voice commands (stored so you can access them from other machines).
Voice In complies with the European General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). You have a right of access, correction and removal of your personal data which you may exercise by sending us an email at support@dictanote.co.
Voice In is not working on a site I use. What do I do?
What websites does Voice In integrate with?
Voice In works 1000's of websites. Voice In Plus works on 99% of the websites. Check the full list of sites we have tested on: Voice In Supported Websites List.
Is there a free trial?
How do I manage my subscription?
To manage your account, go to Account Settings.
To cancel your subscription, on the same page click on “Cancel Subscription” within your account profile. Follow the instructions and the subscription will be cancelled immediately afterward. If you cancel before the end of your subscription period, you will still be able to use your Voice In Plus account (up to the last day of the subscription).
