Cancellation/Refund Policy

Dictanote values you as a customer.

If you upgraded to Dictanote Pro or Voice In Plus and are unhappy with the product, you can contact us at support@dictanote.co and request a refund. You will receive a full refund if you notify us within 30 days of your purchase.

For subscription renewals, if you haven't used the product since the renewal, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the renewal date.

For Dictanote Transcribe, you are eligible for a refund on your transcription request if the transcription quality is inaccurate. If the audio runtime is over 60 minutes, we will deduct a $2 handling fee. We advise users to try the service with smaller audio files to avoid the penalty.
