What is Dictanote Affiliate Program?
Dictanote Affiliate Program is a program where you get a commission for every customer you refer to us. When a user buys Dictanote or Voice In as a result of visiting your affiliate URL, you will receive a commission.
Do I need to be a user of Dictanote/Voice In?
We recommend, but it's not necessary. We want our affiliate program to be honest and legitimate. Our affiliates should be advocates of our products too. We don't want affiliates to evangelize Dictanote/Voice In just for monetary returns (without even knowing what it is), thus misleading our future customers.
How do I make money?
Use your affiliate link anywhere you want to promote Dictanote and Voice In. Whenever someone clicks the link and lands on dictanote.co, a cookie will be stored in their browser for 90 days. If they buy Dictanote and/or Voice In within this period, you will receive a commission of 25% of their total purchase in your PayPal account.
When will I get paid?
You will receive the commission on a net-60 basis (net value after 60 days). We'll consolidate the commissions and send the payment to your PayPal account on file. Once you have your first successful sale, you will receive an email to fill in your PayPal account ID.
What happens when a customer asks for a refund? Do I have to refund my commission?
We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If a charge is refunded back to a customer, you will lose the commission for that sale. We have very low refund rates (< 1%) and expect to achieve the same rate for affiliate sales.
When I refer a customer, how long does the user have to buy so that I get a commission?
90 days. A cookie will be stored on the user's browser for this time period. If a user buys Dictanote or Voice In within this time period, you will get a commission.
