I purchased voice in for the purpose of dictating notes in salesforce.com. Now I'm getting indications that I need to upgrade in order to use this. The only reason I purchased voice in was for dictating in salesforce.com. I would like my money back. Seems like a good bait and switch.
With Voice In Plus, you can dictate on salesforce.com. You had the Voice In Plus upgrade. You got the 1 year license on 02-02-2023 and it recently expired. Please upgrade again at https://dictanote.co/voicein/… - you should be able to use it again then.
