I'm sending over this information because I have already paid the $119 lifetime membership that was offered for the service. And now my plan is showing that I need to upgrade. I'm wondering why this is the case? It would be great if someone could reach out to me and let me know why the system is telling me that considering I have already paid for a lifetime subscription.
