Whenever I try to dictate accronyms, such as EAC or VNG it will look correct in the pop-up screen but when it transfers it into microsoft edge it will be in all lowercase. Any way to fix this? I also would like it to Capitalize cities and names but it almost never does this either. Also, any way to ensure it writes "Dr." instead of "doctor"?

Please go to Voice In Options page
The go to the text transforms section and change it to Default. That should fix the first issue.
To get Dr. instead of doctor, use the custom voice commands feature. See https://support.dictanote.co/…
You can add a voice command doctor => Dr.
