Hi, I need a bill - in my account it says "You should have received your receipt from paypal". But paypal does not send bills, just a payment note. How can I get a bill?

I have sent you the invoice by email. We are working on automating the process for PayPal users as the PayPal upgrade flow doesn't automatically generate an invoice.
