Can you restart your Chrome and see if that fixes the issue?
If not, can you close any other application that can possibly use the microphone. Sometimes applications take exclusive access over the microphone which leads to Voice In being unable to access the microphone.

@admin, Nothing happened i tried also different microphones and different pc's.....
@admin, update : It works fine on another pc on Windows 10.Not working on Windows 11
