I paid for the lifetime membership and then got a 404 error and it's asking me to upgrade again now the lifetime membership is gone even though it was valid till the 10th and it's only the 6th. How do we resolve this?

Hello I paid for the lifetime upgrade but my account has not been upgraded. I still get prompts to upgrade to Voice in plus when dictating, also, the idle time is still not increased.

You do have Plus lifetime license. You need to active Voice In Plus once per unique profile/machine.
