Hi, the dictation software keeps changing to Portuguese when we need it to stay in English. Appears to be a bug in the software.

With the Plus upgrade, you can change languages using language switching shortcuts. You might be accidently changing the language to portugese.
Go to Voice In Options page and scroll down to the Keyboard Shortcuts section. You can find the shortcut there.
