I'm using voice in on my chrome browser on my desktop - great extension
Can it be used on my mobile phone as well i.e. when I am on the move it would be really useful to use this for my emails but I dont seem to see it there as an option to download as an app on the phone

Voice In is a Chrome extension. Mobile browsers don't support chrome extensions yet.
You can use Dictanote / Audio Scribe on your phone FYI.
