Hi, I paid 7.99 for the first month that I was trying Voice In. I liked it very much so I decided to buy the years subscription and paid 39.99. However, when I looked at my bank account I see that I'm still getting billed for the monthly subscription even after I paid for the yearly subscription. I checked on my voice in account page and it also shows that I have paid the yearly subscription and I'm still getting billed for the monthly subscription. Now actually I'm not feeling very happy about that. I still find voice in very helpful and I use it every day but I would like to get my money back for the monthly bills I have been charged since paying for the yearly subscription. Any advice would be appreciated.
