I'm still having problems. Today, when I started using voice in on spanishdict.com, the dictation worked, but it kept opening the popup during my session. I found the place to check to disable pop up. It kept happening after that. That's when i sent the support email. I found the check box again to disable popup. It worked, only now the voice in icon no longer shows up on the right upper corner of my browser window. I can't get it back. I am a voice in plus subscriber. How can i get back the voice in floating icon/access button?
Sorry for all the emails. It is working normally now. The "pop up" I was talking about was when the program automatically opend a tab in my Edge browser that took me to your website. It did this several times. Thanks for your attention.

The program is still automatically opening a new tab and showing your website. Is this supposed to be happening? How can i fix it so it never happens?

Ps, the microphone icon is still showing on the browser bar, and i can turn it off and on with the Alt+L shortcut.
