I've spent a lot of time adding custom commands to my account and they're gone. What's up?

Your voice commands are synced to the cloud. Go to the options page and in the voice command section, hit the sync button. That should download them.
I will remember that for the future. They reappeared as mysteriously as they disappeared two days after I sent the message.
