Can you check if you have the correct language selected? We have had customers who accidentally ended up on the wrong language leading to bad accuracy.
The recognition of Capitalisation of German words is poor. How can I help by saying something like "Capital" (in German: Grossbuchstabe) in front of a word ?

Go to Voice In Options page to check the language
thank you, that was the issue. I never selected Portuguese as the language but for some reason, it had been changed from english to Portuguese.
