Voice In relies on the browser's speech-to-text APIs. These are unavailable in Chromium-flavoured browsers. The only ones that support it are Chrome and Edge - which are the two browsers Voice In works on.

Unsolicited recommendation: Chrome + ublock origin plugin is a great privacy-aware setup.
