Keyboard shortcut to start and stop and also bullet points

Hello and thank you guys for an awesome product!

1. Can I change the keyboard shortcut to start and stop the application?

2. Also when I'm dictating a note and working with bullet points when I say "New Line" It goes to New Line but, it does not insert bullet point. Also if I tried to manually insert the bullet point with control shift 7 that does nothing. See the video link below.

1. What would you like to change it to?
2. I am able to reproduce this bug, we will prioritize fixing this issue.
