Alright already twice DictaNote Pro and when I bought voice in plus I thought I could use it everywhere I'm a computer like on Skype or other programs but I notice that I still have to copy and paste dictanote plus?

You can use it at https://web.skype.com/ - this is the web-based Skype which works equally well.
Voice In works everywhere in your Chrome browser. It doesn't work in external applications.
